It seems you’re comparing package managers across different systems. TERMUX uses `apt/pkg install`, while `apk add` is used by Alpine Linux, not iOS.

iPhones don’t natively support Linux package managers. For similar functionality, you might explore iSH, which emulates Alpine Linux on iOS.

I also get a lot of questions because on my old phone, a Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus, I used the TERMUX app to install commands.

The commands started with:

`apt/pkg install ...(package name)`  

But on my new phone, an iPhone (which I’ve never used before—this is my first time), I wondered why it uses `apk add` instead of `apk install`.
