&lt;strong&gt;ReactOS&lt;/strong&gt; has been in a permanent alpha state since its first release in 1998. Would anyone want to use an operating system that hasn&#039;t reached beta stage in 26 years? There is a better chance of Microsoft basing Windows on the Linux kernel than ReactOS reaching beta, let alone releasing version 1.0.]]></description>
