That can be used to invoke one of the following

https://www.gnu.org/software/src-highlite/ 
https://gitlab.com/saalen/highlight   (this seems more up-to-date)
(apparently maybe this https://github.com/jingweno/ccat )
&lt;/pre&gt;
and so the suggested &quot;&lt;strong&gt;ccat&lt;/strong&gt;&quot; would be ... existing lesspipe(1)!]]></description>
