Need more details like:

&lt;li&gt;In case of Master failure, do we need to trigger anything in the Standby database to enable that as a current master?&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;When the Original master is back online, how quickly it sync with the standby server? or each time when the master is back, do we need to do anything?&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;When the original master back, how to failback to master from standby?&lt;/li&gt;
