Hi team Thanks for the steps for configuring the failover method in detail. Need more details like:

In case of Master failure, do we need to trigger anything in the Standby database to enable that as a current master?
When the Original master is back online, how quickly it sync with the standby server? or each time when the master is back, do we need to do anything?
When the original master back, how to failback to master from standby?
