I just resolved this now, the issue was the &lt;strong&gt;iscsi&lt;/strong&gt; initiator name did not match &lt;strong&gt;/etc/iscsi/initiatorname&lt;/strong&gt;. I had to provide the appropriate name and that resolved my issue. Many thanks to the author of this wonderful article.]]></description>
