php-curl is provided by php-common in newer Fedoras at least, no need to install a separate package.

By the way, in step 3 it should PRIVILEGES not PRIVILEDGES.

The line with the php –files comes back as package php5-curl is not available, but is referred to by another package.

This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or is only available from another source
