Go to /etc/yum.repos.d.

Add in CentOS-Stream-AppStream.repo
baseurl=http://mirror.centos.org/centos/8-stream/AppStream/x86_64/os/

Add in CentOS-Stream-BaseOS.repo
baseurl=http://mirror.centos.org/centos/8-stream/BaseOS/x86_64/os/

Add in CentOS-Stream-Extras.repo
baseurl=http://mirror.centos.org/centos/8-stream/extras/x86_64/os/

CentOS-Stream-Extras-common.repo
baseurl=https://vault.centos.org/centos/8-stream/extras/Source/extras-common/
