					<description><![CDATA[Unlike all previous upgrades, this one failed after the first reboot. I heard a bunch of disk noise, and then got the &quot;something went wrong. See a system administrator&quot; screen. 

The &lt;strong&gt;/etc/release&lt;/strong&gt; now says &lt;strong&gt;Fedora 40&lt;/strong&gt;, but the kernel is still 39. This happens on all old releases, except I can boot a rescue kernel. I have no clue as to what to do now. 

Is it even possible to roll back at this point? If not, how do I make progress?]]></description>
