Haha, yeah REISUB feels like hand yoga sometimes, especially on a small keyboard!

If the reset button works just as well, no shame in using it.

Whatever gets the job done!

I had PCLinuxOS freeze on me today so I tried your suggested solutions. The only one that did anything was REISUB. However, I get the same result with just pressing the RESET button on my PC.

One must be contortionist, or an octopus, to effectively do REISUB. And I use a small keyboard. I would never be able to do it if I had a full-sized keyboard. :-)

But hey, if it works, even if it takes a few finger acrobatics, it’s worth a shot!

Let me know if it helps on PCLinuxOS too. Curious to see if it carries over!

And some PCs may require using all ten fingers and some toes simultaneously. LOL

While I do not use Ubuntu, I have had similar problems with PCLinuxOS. I’ll see if the solution for Ubuntu can help.
