In reply to Linux since nineteen_ninety_four. @throat, Yes, with Wine there are quite a few options, but as for Notepad++, it still doesn’t have a fully native Linux version. You’d need to use Wine or Snap/Flatpak packages that wrap the Windows version.

Thank you for your input! While BlueGriffon is indeed a notable WYSIWYG HTML editor, it’s worth noting that this list focuses on actively maintained tools.

I wish you had included BlueGriffon. BG is no longer actively maintained. It is a true WYSIWYG HTML editor. It produces amazingly simple HTML but also has the ability to work with the HTML source if there is something you want to do that it cannot handle.
