Here is the solution:

1) Try to change sslCACert setting from /usr/share/rhn/RHNS-CA-CERT to /usr/share/rhn/ULN-CA-CERT.

2) Change serverURL setting from https://xmlrpc.rhn.redhat.com/XMLRPC to https://linux-update.oracle.com/XMLRPC]]></description>
