Hi, There is no mod_geoip in EPEL for CentOS/RHEL8. You'll need to add raven repo (pkgs.dyn.su) and then do:

# yum --enablerepo=raven-extras install mod_geoip

We are in the process to update this article with latest information and instructions to install Mod_GeoIP2 in CentOS.
