					<description><![CDATA[I went through this WONDERFUL tutorial on how to set up your own cloud.
I got to the initial configuration screen and can&#039;t get by!
&lt;ol&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;User&lt;/strong&gt; : Creating an admin account seems easy enough, so I pick a name and a password.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Data folder&lt;/strong&gt; : I would like the data to be stored in &lt;strong&gt;/media/sd&lt;/strong&gt;, this is valid and property mounted. Is that OK?&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Database user&lt;/strong&gt; : root, database password: (the password), database name: owncloud, localhost : (server ip address:5432).&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;
I get this error: 
&#039;Error while trying to create admin user:
failed to connect to the database: An exception occured in driver: SQLSTATE[HY000][2002] Connection refused

Any help would be greatly appreciated]]></description>
