In reply to Abraham. @Abraham, It looks like there's an issue with Apache2. Check the output of systemctl status apache2.service and journalctl -xeu apache2.service to get more details on the error.

The Apache2 service failed because the control process exited with an error code. To get more details, run the following commands:

systemctl status apache2.service
journalctl -xeu apache2.service

After attempting to restart Apache2 with:

sudo systemctl restart apache2

The error persists, and the message remains:

"Job for apache2.service failed because the control process exited with error code. See systemctl status apache2.service and journalctl -xeu apache2.service for details."

Package libapache2-mod-php8.4 is not available, but is referred to by another package.

Then you need to upgrade your Ubuntu.

I think the environment does not support php7.2 in ubuntu 14.04
