As many others have stated, thanks for a great tutorial.  I was happily following until Step 3  #9, the second command.  Firstly &lt;strong&gt;PowerTools&lt;/strong&gt; created an error.  Googled to discover the name changed in 8.3 to &quot;powertools&quot;.  Made the change and ... magic!  But then the &quot;&lt;strong&gt;No match for argument: pgadmin 4&lt;/strong&gt;&quot; error appeared.  Googled that and tried many of the things I found that made sense in my environment.  NO LUCK.  Can&#039;t get past that issue.  Any ideas?  Happy Easter ...
