In &lt;strong&gt;Fedora 40&lt;/strong&gt;, the package &lt;strong&gt;npapi-vlc&lt;/strong&gt; has been removed, as it&#039;s no longer relevant for &lt;strong&gt;Fedora 40&lt;/strong&gt;. 

For browser integration, consider using a browser extension like &quot;&lt;strong&gt;Open in VLC&quot;&lt;/strong&gt; or &quot;&lt;strong&gt;Play with VLC&lt;/strong&gt;&quot;, as these extensions allow you to play media files directly in VLC from your browser.]]></description>
