Yeah, older plasma TVs were pretty notorious for that HDMI overscan issue. Nice thing is KDE still keeps that adjustment around while most desktops seem to assume every display behaves perfectly now 

And honestly, comfort matters a lot if you spend hours coding every day. A desktop that feels easier on the eyes can make a bigger difference than people think. Hope whichever distro you pick ends up being a good fit long term.]]></description>
