I strongly suggest Mailspring. I’ve been using it for about a year now, cross-platform – MS and Linux – and it’s lightweight, fast, and reliable.

I would also like to mention Betterbird. It's based on Thunderbird but just makes a lot of things simply better. It is available in different languages.

Give a try to Hiri, a Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 Email Client. it works on Linux, macOS, and Windows.
