    Hello i have got since yesterday telegram on my computer Linux but or i forgot or i don’t find the way to star a new chat secret group etc … i have got only the usual chat and even i can’t see the notifications messages from telegram where you disconnect and reconnect it s send to you a message i receipt nicely on my phone like : a new connection is stated if is not you etc …

    after entering this command wget
    it says:ERROR: Certificate verification error for self signed certificate in certificate chain
    To connect to insecurely, use `–no-check-certificate’.
    Unable to establish SSL connection.

      It’s because the link has https protocol, try to use following command to download the file.

      # wget –no-check-certificate
  6. Add to /etc/apt/sources.list:
    deb testing main contrib non-free
    and run
    # apt-get -t testing install libc6-dev
    for GLIBC 2.19-22
