      That’s not possible now, but you can select different country to download books, the details are not much important..

    The title is misleading. Most of free books on TC are excerpts at max. You are required to provide your email, and you may (or may not, as in my case) receive a ‘free’ chapter.

        All you have to do is paste the title of whatever book you want to your search bar. Look for books and materials on debian,redhat and archlinux official sites, they all have a dedicated docs section. tldp and gnu.org are great aswell.
